When it comes to roofing specifiers have to make sure that the contract with the contractor makes clear the scope of the roofing project. Often there are some aspects of the roofing systems are usually left addressed in the contract. 3) Drainage -- Especially of there is no slope. Measures have to taken to make sure the water flow and the drainage design is looked into; otherwise water ponding will cause huge problems in the future.
